Senior Expeditor

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a seasoned Senior Expeditor to support large-scale projects within the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. This role involves managing the timely progression of engineering materials and equipment from purchase order issuance to final receipt, ensuring the smooth flow of critical project supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and expedite engineering materials and equipment from order placement through to delivery completion.
• Oversee supplier manufacturing schedules, documentation, inspections, and shipping timelines.
• Liaise with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics departments, and Vendors to guarantee punctual material deliveries.
• Identify and proactively resolve delivery delays concerning vital project components.
• Generate detailed expediting reports and maintain precise records using SAP/ERP platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, or engineering project environments.
• Extensive knowledge of expediting processes for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, and Structural materials.
• Demonstrable skills in post-order expediting and managing supplier relationships efficiently.
• Experienced in monitoring manufacturing progress, conducting inspections, handling documentation, and coordinating logistics activities.
• Comfortable working with international suppliers and managing delivery of critical project materials.
• Proficiency in utilization of SAP/ERP systems and preparing expediting reports.
