We are seeking a Senior Business Associate experienced in the automobile sector to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role involves managing sales activities and overseeing smooth workflow at our dealership, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with mechanics to discuss necessary repairs and provide alternative options for costly repairs.
• Respond to customer inquiries about service results, schedule appointments, and manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes.
• Maintain excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Possess strong knowledge of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
• Utilize industry-specific software effectively.
• Advise customers regarding warranty coverage, cost-saving measures, and benefits of trade-ins versus repairs.
• Oversee dealership workflow and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with service technicians on parts ordering and availability.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered.
• Ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing, detail service costs, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the interaction.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 40,000 INR.
