About the Role
This position is part of the Advisory line of service within PwC India's Managed Services specialization. As a Senior Associate, you will engage in General Consulting services, collaborating closely with business leaders to address complex challenges and capitalize on key opportunities. The role focuses on helping some of the world's largest and most complex organizations navigate an evolving environment by driving sustainable change through innovation, data insights, risk and regulatory management, deal optimization, and aligning costs with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
- Postgraduate degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consulting.
- Proven client counseling capabilities are mandatory.
- Consulting experience and skills are highly preferred.
- Optional skills include but are not limited to: active listening, analytical thinking, effective communication, creativity, adaptability to change, emotional regulation, and empathy.
- Additional knowledge in areas such as carbon accounting, climate change policy, energy transition financing, and climate risk management is advantageous.
