Senior Analyst - Billing

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the complete billing lifecycle, ensuring all invoices are processed efficiently and accurately sent to customers.
• Examine vital financial terms within various contracts to appropriately address internal stakeholders' requirements.
• Interpret lease agreements by analyzing clauses such as duration, termination provisions, and billing details to support financial decision-making and management of company assets.
• Review and process requests to update or correct contract data stored in the ERP system, providing ongoing assistance to internal clients with revised financial information.
• Perform monthly pre-billing evaluations and data quality audits to confirm the accuracy and completeness of invoices dispatched to clients and providers.
• Collaborate extensively with multiple departments including Lease Abstraction, Lease Administration, Land Management, Legal, Landlord Relations, and Finance to drive process improvements and establish best practices.
• Clarify contractual terms for internal teams and work with global stakeholders on interpreting agreements and addressing pricing concerns.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree. The position welcomes candidates with experience across finance, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
