Overview

Operating in close partnership with one of the world’s largest financial institutions, Future Secure AI (FSAI) specializes in creating enterprise AI solutions to elevate organizational performance through seamless human-AI collaboration. With numerous partnerships worldwide, we are strategically expanding our global footprint by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and implement advanced large language model-driven agentic AI systems capable of planning, utilizing tools, orchestrating workflows, and performing multi-step reasoning.
• Leverage machine learning and sophisticated analytics to enhance decision-making processes within autonomous AI coworkers.
• Improve multi-stage reasoning, context management, and agent efficacy in real enterprise applications.
• Lead machine learning operations (MLOps) activities including evaluation, benchmarking, safety assurance, and quality control for AI autonomous systems.
• Establish long-term strategies for agentic AI frameworks, governance protocols, and scalable deployment methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and executive teams to deliver production-grade AI coworkers utilized by major global clients.
• Mentor junior data scientists, fostering excellence in scientific and engineering practices.

Candidate Profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative field.
• Background in software development preferred; familiarity or willingness to learn TypeScript is advantageous.
• Proven track record in delivering impactful machine learning solutions within complex scenarios.
• Strong expertise in natural language processing techniques including transformers, LSTMs, CNNs, topic modeling, and supervised NLP methods.
• Practical experience with large language model orchestration tools such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, or architectures involving tool-calling.
• Proficiency in Python for machine learning and AI, alongside other programming languages.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and influence stakeholders across functions.
• An adaptable mindset with curiosity, humility, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to attend the Sydney CBD office 1–2 days per week.
