About the Role
Mobilution IT Systems Pvt Ltd, a prominent IT staffing and service provider with over 11 years of expertise serving a diverse range of clients from startups to large enterprises, is looking to hire a Lead SAP Solution Architect with a strong background in SAP HCM architecture and integration. This role is based in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of solutions by leading design activities and deliverables, collaborating with technical leads.
- Serve as the main interface between different projects and CPC, representing and synchronizing SAP HCM solutions and integration demands.
- Provide technical leadership within the SAP HCM technical stream.
- Identify and manage solution-related risks and issues proactively.
- Assist in achieving project milestones and outputs as per agreements.
- Collaborate with Deloitte functional leads to support functional analyses necessary for effective solution design.
- Support project planning and estimation efforts.
- Contribute as a core member of the leadership team overseeing all SAP HCM initiatives.
