Role Overview

The organization is looking for an SAP RE-FX professional to support real estate transformation initiatives. This role focuses on implementing and improving SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions while working closely with business, finance, legal, and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their real estate operations, business goals, and system needs.
• Set up, tailor, and deploy SAP RE-FX solutions across areas such as lease handling, property administration, and contract lifecycle management.
• Maintain the RE-FX environment so records remain accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Conduct client workshops and deliver training sessions for end users.
• Manage real estate-related transactions, including lease agreements as well as property acquisitions and disposals.
• Coordinate with legal and business teams to support regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Prepare and review financial outputs connected to real estate portfolios.
• Provide production support and continuously look for ways to improve system performance and usability.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations and data migration activities.
• Take part in testing, validation, and issue resolution for implemented solutions.
• Stay current with SAP RE-FX updates, capabilities, and implementation practices.

Skills & Experience

The position calls for at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX. A solid understanding of real estate business processes is essential, along with exposure to finance and FI-AA. Strong working knowledge of the SAP Flexible Real Estate Management module is required.
