SAP CO Consultant

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO modules implementation efforts including rollouts, enhancements, and support activities.
• Configure and maintain components such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
• Analyze business needs and convert them into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and various SAP module teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing, and manage defect resolution processes.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing operations involving SAP CO processes.
• Ensure accurate integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules like FI, MM, and SD.
• Develop comprehensive functional documentation and deliver end-user training sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possess over six years of experience working with SAP CO module.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA.
• Have participated in at least one complete SAP implementation project.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Sound understanding of finance and controlling business processes within organizations.
• Exhibit excellent communication and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Holding SAP certification is considered an advantage.
