Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning and sanitation of production lines to maintain product safety, quality, and efficient throughput.
• Thoroughly complete sanitation, quality, and production documentation; visually and physically inspect processes and products to identify nonconformities.
• Report sanitation and quality issues promptly to team members and shift leaders.
• Follow established sanitation procedures and keep accurate records within the production environment.
• Participate in troubleshooting sanitation, food safety, and quality problems as needed.
• Monitor environmental aspects of sanitation and notify the Quality Assurance Manager about any wastewater or discharge concerns.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and Food Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Demonstrate proficiency across all cleaning zones, resolving minor sanitation issues independently.
• Maintain overall cleanliness throughout production and additional areas as directed.
• Commit to regular and dependable attendance, working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (2-2-3) or as production demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sanitation experience in beverage manufacturing (aseptic, hot-fill, carbonated soft drinks, or bottled water).
• At least 2 years' experience in the sanitation operator role.
• Preferred: 4 years in a field or similar manufacturing environment, 2 years managing people or projects.
• Education: High school diploma, preferably in applied science or engineering-related fields.
