Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Developer to join our team in Noida, India. This role focuses on designing, building, and supporting sophisticated Salesforce solutions that enhance business workflows and data management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and tailored solutions.
- Create Apex Classes and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Flows, validations, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize Salesforce modules, primarily Sales Cloud, with additional experience in Service, Marketing, and Revenue Clouds.
- Develop and manage system integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity with external platforms.
- Handle data flows and integration tasks involving Oracle ERP/Fusion, Power BI, and HubSpot.
- Contribute to release cycles, deployments, production support, and troubleshooting incidents.
- Document technical specifications, release notes, and system design details accurately.
- Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams and assist Salesforce Administrators as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4 to 6 years of direct experience in Salesforce development activities.
- Expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow automation, Triggers, and Salesforce configuration.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including the data model, object relationships, security principles, and Sales Cloud functionalities.
- Proven skills in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Competence in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Experience encompassing the full software development lifecycle, including deployment, testing, and providing production support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, or JavaScript Developer are advantageous.
