Sales Service Engineer

Role Overview

This position involves actively promoting, selling, installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing biomedical and medical laboratory equipment. The Sales Service Engineer collaborates closely with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals to assess equipment needs, provide tailored technical solutions, perform product demonstrations, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Market and sell biomedical, medical, and laboratory equipment along with consumables.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate equipment and solutions.
• Prepare detailed quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Conduct effective product presentations and live demonstrations for potential clients.
• Handle installation, commissioning, and configuration of biomedical devices at client locations.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and necessary corrective maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and implement repairs as required.
• Deliver technical support and conduct user training for hospital personnel.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related fields.
• Prior experience with medical, biomedical, or laboratory equipment is advantageous.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Valid driving license is essential.
• Possession of transferable visa status is mandatory.
