Sales Manager - Premium Villa Projects

About the Role

Trendcon Aurelius is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts for its premium villa development in Varthur, Bengaluru. This role involves generating qualified leads, turning prospects into buyers, and reliably meeting sales objectives, while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads using online platforms, referrals, channel partners, and direct field activities.
• Oversee the entire sales process including lead handling, property site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential and current clients.
• Deliver comprehensive project presentations covering features, pricing, and available payment options.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to maximize sales conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for efficient lead management.
• Generate and maintain detailed sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and keep customer data up to date.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Between 0 to 7 years of experience in real estate sales, ideally within villa or residential segments.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and converting them into sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a strong focus on targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software is beneficial.
