Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and energize a team of Sales Managers and Executives towards fulfilling monthly business objectives. The role involves driving sales across a spectrum of financial products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other related offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and surpass targets.
- Expand business by leveraging direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and strategic market development.
- Develop and nurture constructive relationships with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.
- Oversee effective lead generation, case follow-ups, documentation, login procedures, and conversions.
- Track and evaluate team performance, sales funnel progression, productivity, and goal achievements.
- Perform routine field visits to assist and support team members in closing pivotal deals.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, standard processes, and regulatory requirements.
