Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive based in Delhi-NCR to enhance our customer base and achieve sales targets. This role involves direct communication with potential clients and dealers, handling inquiries, and ensuring seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and dealers to pitch products.
- Respond to inquiries received through website, WhatsApp, and social media platforms promptly.
- Clearly explain features, offers, and pricing details of products to customers to facilitate informed decisions.
- Successfully convert prospective leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Keep comprehensive daily logs of calls and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently meet and strive to surpass daily and monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with the dispatch and order management teams to ensure efficient handling and fulfillment of orders.
