Sales Coordinator

Overview

Trends Surface, a company specialising in decorative laminates, louvers, ASA sheets, acrylic sheets, and other interior surface products, is seeking a Sales Coordinator with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Mumbai and involves working closely with dealers, sales teams, customers, and accounts for order management and payment follow-ups.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise regularly with dealers, customers, and the internal sales team to manage orders and quotations.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on quotations, orders, and any pending sales requirements to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Maintain updated records of customer payments and outstanding balances, ensuring accuracy for each customer.
• Collaborate with the accounts and sales departments to facilitate the collection of payments.
• Send payment reminders via WhatsApp and phone calls, tracking promised payment dates to guarantee timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams concerning customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Compile and prepare daily and weekly reports focused on sales status and payment follow-up activities.
• Maintain comprehensive customer and dealer databases using Excel and/or CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in Sales Coordination, Back Office operations, Telecalling, Collections, or related roles.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English for clear communication.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp usage.
• Strong organisational skills paired with reliable follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with dealers and customers over phone and digital communication channels.
• Experience in sectors such as plywood, laminates, interior products, building materials, or hardware is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information
