Position Overview
Join Spencer's team as a Sales Associate, playing a key role in providing excellent guest service while supporting the store management. This role involves multiple retail tasks including sales generation, store upkeep, merchandising, pricing, operation of the point of sale system, and loss prevention, all in line with company protocols.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this position ranges from 16.75 to 17.00 dollars, depending on the applicant's experience and qualifications. Employees can take advantage of benefits such as contest prize awards, an employee assistance program, and a 30% discount on merchandise. Eligibility requirements apply to all bonuses and benefits.
Physical and Legal Requirements
The role requires candidates to be at least 17 years of age. Physical demands include the ability to climb ladders, lift items up to 50 pounds, and be on your feet walking or standing for up to 8 hours.
