Candidate Qualifications

• Between zero and three years of retail experience is desirable.
• Confidence in approaching and interacting with customers to provide a superior shopping experience.
• Strong motivation to accomplish results, fueled by enthusiasm for customer interaction and athletic merchandise.
• Ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently without supervision.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
