Role Overview

The Sales Analyst will convert intricate sales data into compelling narratives that clarify performance insights for leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and key growth opportunities. This role bridges raw sales metrics and strategic revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated performance dashboards tracking key performance indicators such as win rates, sales cycle duration, and average deal values.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to create precise monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Perform operational audits by examining the sales funnel to discover bottlenecks or drop-off points, such as delays at demonstration stages.
• Conduct market and territory analysis to evaluate market coverage and optimize sales territories within Singapore and broader regions.
• Oversee the calculation and verification of sales commissions and incentives to ensure effective motivation of sales behaviors.
• Provide the executive management with scenario-based analyses, including "what-if" models relating to new products or pricing strategies.
