Robotics & AI Educator

About the Role

Mingo Blox is seeking a dedicated Robotics & AI Educator passionate about nurturing the next wave of technology innovators. This role involves teaching children and young people in a variety of age groups from preschool to senior high school through exciting, hands-on learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic lessons covering Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, and STEAM topics tailored to multiple learner levels.
• Implement project-based learning using robotics kits, programming environments, electronics, and latest technologies.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovation in classrooms.
• Develop lesson plans, carry out assessments, and maintain progress reports for students.
• Contribute to events such as robotics competitions, innovation fairs, holiday camps, and assist in teacher training sessions.
• Work collaboratively with the curriculum team to refine educational content and classroom methodologies continuously.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, ICT, Robotics, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience teaching Robotics, Coding, AI, STEM, or closely related subjects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management capabilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for nurturing young minds and equipping them with future-ready skills.
• Possesses a growth mindset, inventive nature, professionalism, and eagerness for lifelong learning.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Proficiency with Python, Scratch, Arduino, micro:bit, LEGO Robotics, electronics, or artificial intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with project-based or inquiry-driven instructional strategies.
• Teacher certification or relevant experience in STEM education is an advantage.
