Role Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance store environment and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in various operational areas within the store, both customer-facing and back-end functions.
• Delivering outstanding customer service before, during, and after sales interactions.
• Supporting store merchandising efforts, ensuring all products are effectively displayed on the sales floor.
• Assisting with stock delivery and processing by adhering to established receiving protocols.

Candidate Qualifications

• A genuine enthusiasm for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or gaming.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about delivering results.
• Strong customer focus with a drive to achieve positive outcomes.
• Effective communication skills, comfortable engaging with a diverse range of individuals.
