Key Responsibilities

• Greet and support customers professionally and warmly.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product suggestions.
• Communicate product details including features, sizes, colors, pricing, and available promotions.
• Demonstrate products effectively to aid customers in making informed choices.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Boost sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and ensure high-quality service.
• Organize and maintain attractive product displays, shelves, and overall merchandise layout.
• Arrange products systematically based on size, color, style, and category.
• Verify stock levels and collaborate with store or warehouse personnel to replenish inventory.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing new stock arrivals.
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with billing and packaging tasks when necessary.
• Manage exchange and return processes in line with company policies.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Update customers on new products, deals, and promotional events.
• Keep track of competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain discipline within the store.
• Provide daily sales reports and other relevant information to the Store Manager.

Additional Information

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 21,000.
