Role overview
This position supports the sales function by helping identify opportunities, finding prospects, and arranging meetings across the sales cycle. The role is also focused on improving sales effectiveness and helping the team expand business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Key activities
- Research potential customers using trade directories and online searches to build and refine target lists.
- Prepare routine letters, reports, and other documents accurately using standard office software tools.
- Handle visitor queries by giving basic information or routing requests to the right person.
- Organize appointments, meetings, and travel plans so day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Share detailed information about products and services to support sales efforts.
- Keep Microsoft documents, databases, and other team systems current, including purchase records, budget entries, and time and expense tracking.
- Follow company policies, internal processes, and applicable regulatory requirements in all work activities.
- Take part in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen process knowledge and technical capability.
- Work with established procedures and systems that are straightforward and well defined.
Education and fit
