About the Role
This opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and products. Employment matters are managed solely by the franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA.
The Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role, overseeing the entire restaurant's operations to ensure profitability and adherence to McDonald's strict standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This position requires strategic planning alongside leadership collaboration to set and meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager leads and supports various Department Managers, guiding them to set department-specific objectives, track progress, and enhance performance. Managing recruitment and development of department and shift managers is also essential to build a capable and motivated leadership team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Preferred candidates will have prior experience as a General Manager managing high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the manager position.
