Resource Planner

Overview

This role involves creating and maintaining resource plans that align with production requirements while coordinating with service, infrastructure maintenance, and fleet maintenance planners to optimize organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review resource plans ensuring compliance with production schedules and legal obligations.
• Adjust resource plans proactively to accommodate changes or deviations.
• Maintain strong communication channels with production supervisors and managers.
• Allocate tasks while adhering strictly to fatigue management principles.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of the Crew Management System (CMS) during resource allocation.
• Support the Performance Analyst with detailed resource allocation analyses.
• Act as the Planning Manager's deputy during their absence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a school certificate or its equivalent.
• Professional familiarity with SAP software.
• Certified in Personal Track Safety.
• Completed ER Rulebook modules 1 to 4.
• Experience in quality management practices.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, preferably at an advanced or native level.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within diverse, multicultural teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications.
