Role Overview
The Research & Development Executive will lead market research activities, identify emerging opportunities in international education and workforce domains, analyze global industry trends, and aid the creation of new services and strategic partnerships. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, in-depth research skills, and a proactive mindset to foster business expansion and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform market research related to international education, immigration pathways, work permits, and worldwide employment patterns.
- Discover potential countries, academic institutions, employers, and partnership avenues.
- Evaluate competitors and generate insightful business intelligence reports.
- Assist in creating innovative services, forming business strategies, and pursuing market growth.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, feasibility analyses, and detailed research documentation.
- Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and Leadership teams to execute strategic projects.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and novel global opportunities to maintain a competitive edge for AHAM Group.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and research aptitude.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with moderate to good command of English.
- Proficiency in report writing and presentation creation.
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Keen attention to detail and strategic thought process.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related fields. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in areas including research, business analysis, strategy development, market research, international education, recruitment, or business development.

- Job Location: On-site at R.S. Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
- Compensation: Annual package ranges from INR 4.3 to 5.2 lakhs.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years.
