Overview
KSNL Consulting LLC is seeking a dedicated Research Analyst to join their team. This role is strictly for professionals with at least four years of prior experience; student applications will not be considered. The position requires excellent English communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing. The candidate will undertake detailed research on project documents and liaise with vendors through outbound calls and text messages to discuss project specifics.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and comprehend project documents.
- Communicate and coordinate outbound calls and texts with vendors regarding project requirements.
- Explain project scopes to vendors and coordinate with Project Points of Contact (POCs).
- Organize and confirm site visits with the involved vendors and project representatives.
- Conduct Q&A sessions concerning project scope with vendors and POCs.
- Negotiate pricing and relevant documents with suppliers.
- Compile all necessary project documentation in preparation for bidding.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in English communication — verbal, written, and reading.
- Ability to efficiently review and summarize 150 to 250 documents daily.
- Experience with outbound calling and texting to engage vendors.
- Strong research skills to locate vendors using online resources such as Google, Bing, and Yellow Pages.
- Excellent project coordination and vendor negotiation talents.
- Proficiency in PDF editing.
- Experienced in Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and CRM platforms.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical capacity.
- Commitment to learning new methodologies related to Artificial Intelligence implementation.
Compensation and Benefits
- One-month paid training period with salary between INR 12,000 and INR 15,000.
- Post-training salary ranging from INR 35,000 to INR 45,000 plus commissions.
- Work schedule of 9 to 10 hours daily, fully remote.
Remote Work Requirements
- A laptop with at least an Intel i3 processor.
- Internet connection with minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
- Capability to communicate and share screens via Zoom.
- Work environment free of background noise, with ability to mute and unmute when necessary.
- Availability of electrical power backup.
