Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to work remotely across the US, primarily overseeing call center monitoring activities. The role involves assessing customer interactions, facilitating calibration meetings, and conducting detailed reporting and trend evaluations to uphold superior quality benchmarks. Your analyses will help pinpoint improvement areas, bolster training programs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience spanning 8 to 11 years in quality assurance, call center operations, or allied fields.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality monitoring, customer service assessment, or healthcare quality assurance roles.
- Proficient with computer applications including MS Office, data analysis software, and quality management tools.
- Analytical aptitude to interpret data, recognize patterns, and produce detailed reports.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
- Leadership qualities to support calibration sessions and drive continual enhancements.
- Detail-conscious with dedication to precise evaluations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess customer service calls to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met.
- Participate in calibration sessions, offering insights to standardize evaluation criteria.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and conduct trend analyses to identify performance gaps.
- Support the enhancement of quality assurance processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to implement corrective actions and training programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, feedback, and compliance audits.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated with industry standards and regulations.
