Position Overview
The Remote Operations Associate plays a vital role within the Department of Child Services (DCS) team, handling processing and management tasks while also delivering support across operational units such as Criminal Research and Employment/Education Verifications. This remote position demands meticulous attention to detail, stellar organizational abilities, and effective multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Primary Duties – Department of Child Services (DCS)
- Accurately initiate, submit, and update DCS requests in a timely manner adhering to defined turnaround standards.
- Evaluate documentation to ensure completeness and adherence to both company and state regulations.
- Keep precise records and consistently update internal systems with case-relevant data.
- Engage with state agencies, clients, and candidates to acquire necessary documentation or information.
- Safeguard confidentiality and the security of sensitive data at all times.
Additional Duties – Criminal Research & Verifications
- Support criminal background investigations following company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Perform verifications related to employment history, education, professional licensing, and references.
- Assess and confirm the accuracy and completeness of data from external sources.
- Assist in managing workload distribution across departments during peak periods.
- Receive cross-training to handle various service lines, enhancing operational adaptability.

Work Setting
- This role is fully remote, requiring dependable high-speed internet access.
- Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break; occasional schedule flexibility may be necessary to meet business demands.
- Employees must provide and maintain their own computer or laptop.
- Company will facilitate a secure VPN connection for system access.
- A distraction-free, professional home office environment is mandatory.
