About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic organization remotely. Supporting over 650 employees across various states, this position plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive HR services including employment offers, onboarding, employee relations, policy oversight, leave administration, and managing terminations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and employment offers to new hires.
- Manage employee relations and ensure clear communication between staff and management.
- Oversee policy implementation and handle leaves of absence.
- Participate in the termination process, including conducting exit interviews.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team on hiring procedures.
- Support benefits administration and assist with the maintenance of HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of relevant HR experience with strong familiarity in HRIS management (UKG preferred).
- Knowledgeable in employment law and experienced with internal investigations.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a virtual work environment.
