Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at Kotak Life Insurance. This position involves both office and field work based in Delhi-NCR. The role is offered on a stable company payroll basis, with attractive fixed salary and unlimited incentives, alongside opportunities for career advancement and benefits such as PF.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell insurance products, leveraging both direct field sales efforts and office-based interactions to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum qualification of 12th pass with passing certificate.
• Age between 24 and 39 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales or BFSI sales is preferred.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory to facilitate field visits.
• Must have a valid PAN card.
• Experienced applicants must provide previous company offer letter, experience letter, and salary slips.
• Required documents also include the 10th, 12th, and graduation passing certificates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed in-hand salary ranging from 20,000 to 33,000 INR per month, corresponding to a CTC of 25,000 to 37,500 INR depending on experience.
