Identify and engage with potential partners following the established sales protocols to onboard new collaborators effectively.
Facilitate partner activation to ensure early success and productivity in new partnerships.
Convert qualified leads into active business opportunities by managing follow-ups and securing deal closures efficiently.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with partners to sustain ongoing business growth.
Stay informed about the latest products, launches, and process updates to effectively educate partners on offerings and value propositions.
Adhere strictly to the sales lifecycle, including lead management, deal closure, and comprehensive reporting through CRM systems.
Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards in all sales activities.
Commit to continuous professional growth through participation in training programs, improving product knowledge, sales techniques, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships.
Proven skills in sales and negotiation to drive successful deal closures.
Experience or understanding of managing client relationships is essential.
Basic familiarity with financial products is advantageous, though not mandatory.
