Role Purpose
The Relationship Consultant will join the Partnerships team to strengthen and develop strategic connections across Ireland's public sector. The role involves opening new pathways, creating opportunities, and positioning Cornmarket as a trusted partner within workplaces that are traditionally hard to access.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to cultivate relationships within public sector organizations.
- Locate, engage, and secure access to workplaces that have been difficult to penetrate previously.
- Establish and maintain trusted connections with key decision-makers, influencers, and employee representatives.
- Initiate events, presentations, and initiatives to generate leads for the Wellbeing team in collaboration with relationship managers.
- Identify commercial opportunities and successfully convert them into new business revenue.
- Represent Cornmarket professionally at various events, conferences, and networking platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with the partnerships manager and internal teams to maximize opportunities and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Adhere to risk control and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date commercial awareness related to the role.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Possession of a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification at start.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management, business development, account management, or sales roles.
- Strong networking capabilities and influence skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Full clean driving license and willingness to travel.
- Understanding of risk control and regulatory environments within Financial Services.
- Commercially astute.

- Background in business development roles.

Additional Information
