Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to strengthen our talent acquisition efforts, specifically for Oil & Gas EPC initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, capable of sourcing and attracting diverse technical and non-technical personnel required for complex engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle comprehensive recruitment processes for Oil & Gas EPC projects from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and implement effective strategies to attract qualified candidates across engineering, construction, commissioning, and support roles.
• Manage large-scale hiring activities ensuring the quality of hires within deadlines.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, evaluation, and shortlisting for project and permanent job openings.
• Collaborate closely with project and hiring managers to assess workforce needs accurately.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for critical and challenging positions.
• Use recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks to find candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and compile detailed reports on hiring progress.
• Adhere strictly to organizational policies and client recruitment standards.
• Assist with candidate mobilization, onboarding procedures, and document management as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume recruitment efforts for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EPC project organizational frameworks and key technical disciplines.
• Experienced in recruiting roles such as Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process), QA/QC staff, HSE professionals, Supervisors, and Skilled Trades/Craft personnel.
• Prior employment at a Manpower Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, or Workforce Solutions Provider focused on Oil & Gas EPC clients is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and contemporary sourcing methodologies.
