About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to embark on an exciting career as a Recruitment Consultant at Airswift, a global leader in Tech & Engineering recruitment with a presence in over 60 countries and a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. This full-time position is based in Manchester, offering a hybrid work schedule with office presence at our Spinningfields location and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a comprehensive 360 recruitment desk with opportunities to onboard personal clients to enhance earnings.
• Engage with new client companies across Europe to generate business opportunities.
• Effectively fill client vacancies by executing successful recruiting strategies.
• Develop expertise to become a market specialist in the industry.
• Work collaboratively within a team of seasoned industry recruiters.

Requirements

• Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
• Strong negotiation skills with a readiness to advocate for clients and candidates.
• High enthusiasm for learning and acquiring new skills continuously.
