About the role
For the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. in Erfurt, this permanent position is focused on end-to-end recruitment work for specialist and leadership roles across the regional associations in Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for specialist and management positions for the regional associations in the Saxony-Anhalt/Thuringia state association.
- Draft job advertisements, publish them, and identify suitable candidates for the relevant departments.
- Take ownership of the full candidate management process.
- Coordinate recruitment activities operationally across the regional associations.
- Work closely with managers and HR administrators in the regional associations.
- Support the planning, organisation, and on-site participation in job fairs and career events.
- Contribute to the improvement and further development of recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by additional qualification in human resources.
- Initial professional experience in recruitment.
- Confident use of recruiting tools and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of processes and a high level of digital affinity.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Independent, proactive, and well-structured way of working, with strong organisational ability.
- Strong service orientation.
- Open, communicative personality with a positive presence, hands-on mindset, and team spirit.
