About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contractual basis, working remotely. The position offers an hourly compensation range of $30 to $42. You will be responsible for implementing advanced sourcing methods to identify qualified professionals across various channels and talent pools.

Key Responsibilities

• Use persuasive communication and consultative selling techniques to engage potential hires.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to update and refine candidate profiles based on evolving market information.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven solid experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and evaluation processes.
• Skilled in resume screening, conducting interviews, and understanding fluctuating job market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clarity and detail orientation.
• Possess a consultative and sales-focused approach to candidate engagement.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting while managing deliverables effectively.
