Role Summary

The Record to Report Analyst will offer financial and operational support for managing clients' property portfolios. This includes lease administration, occupancy cost management, network planning, property reporting, commercial analysis, and business partnering. The position focuses on accurate reporting, governance, and close collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize property investments and store network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end lease portfolio administration including maintaining lease records and tracking critical dates for renewals, expiries, and rent reviews.
• Assist in lease validation, compliance activities, occupancy cost analysis, landlord communication, outgoings reconciliation, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Support store network activities including openings, replacements, relocations, and closures; maintain network data and analyze competitor and performance metrics.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc property performance reports; analyze rental expenses and property-related costs; support benchmarking and develop informational packs for stakeholders.
• Assist financial feasibility studies, development assessments, lease negotiations, renewals, and property investment evaluations.
• Collaborate with Property Finance and Capital Management teams for providing financial insights, commercial support, scenario modeling, and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in property financial databases; support audits, governance reviews, and adhere to clients’ policies and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field required.
• 3 to 9 years’ experience in Financial Control, Record-to-Report, General Ledger, Controllership, or Finance Operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes.
• Preferred qualifications include CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP or OneStream is advantageous.
• Exposure to financial close processes, reconciliations, consolidation, or controllership functions preferred.

Work Details

• Position located in Noida, India.
• Works ANZ shift beginning at 4 AM or 5 AM.
