• Maintain exemplary customer service standards consistently.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to developing the Night Team.
• Possess thorough knowledge of room categories, rates, special offers, and hotel services to assist guests efficiently.
• Maximize room occupancy using effective up-selling techniques.
• Follow proper procedures for accepting payments including foreign currency, credit cards, and cash, adhering to hotel credit policies.
• Comply with all safety, security, fire regulations, and health protocols.
• Operate front office technology and property management systems in line with company policies.
• Adhere strictly to Hilton's brand standards.
• Provide support to other hotel departments when necessary.
