Position Overview
We are seeking a female Front Office Executive with an agreeable personality and fluent English communication skills. The role demands computer proficiency, especially in promptly addressing client queries via WhatsApp.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle and direct incoming calls with professionalism.
- Conduct client follow-ups over phone, sharing information on ongoing promotions and offers.
- Update members of the Loyalty Program regarding latest discounts and offers.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.
- Efficiently respond to client inquiries and guide them to the correct departments.
- Perform various administrative duties and support office coordination tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates preferred with a pleasant personality.
- Fluent verbal communication in English is essential.
- Computer literate, particularly in facilitating client communication through WhatsApp.
