Role overview
Hailey-Petty Law Firm, PLLC is hiring a Receptionist & Client Intake Specialist in Austin, TX. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also handling the early stages of client screening and intake. The role combines front-desk hospitality with lead qualification and handoff support for the sales team.
What the role involves
You will manage the reception area, handle standard front-office duties, and act as the initial contact for prospective clients. In addition to welcoming people professionally, you will collect relevant details, assess whether leads meet the firm’s criteria, and prepare qualified prospects for the next step in the process.
Compensation
Pay is listed at $22 to $28 per hour.
