Role Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Reception & Reservations Agent to join the energetic team at COYA Dubai.

Key Responsibilities and Candidate Profile

• Possess at least one year of experience in reception and reservations, preferably within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Manage guest reservations and inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit excellent English communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Adopt a proactive, positive, and collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Show ambition to develop within an internationally renowned luxury hospitality group.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms.
• Fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish is advantageous.
• Attention to detail with a professional demeanor.
• Confidence in handling guest requests and crafting personalized experiences aligned with COYA's standards.
• Eligibility and willingness to travel within European Union countries.
