Position Overview
RGP Properties, a prominent Dubai-based real estate brokerage, is establishing its presence in Saudi Arabia by launching a new office in Jeddah. We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to spearhead our Jeddah operations. This role involves closing transactions for off-plan, secondary, and lease properties throughout the Saudi Arabian market, while developing and guiding a team of sales agents. This is an excellent growth opportunity for driven individuals aiming to transition from individual sales contributors into leadership roles, supported by a reputable brokerage and a strong cross-border investor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully close property transactions including off-plan developments, resales, and leasing deals in Jeddah and major markets within KSA.
- Establish and nurture strong associations with local developers to secure exclusive inventory allocations.
- Build and maintain a diverse client portfolio comprising Saudi residents, investors from the GCC, and international buyers.
- Lead, coach, and manage a small team of agents, setting clear targets and monitoring performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Dubai headquarters to facilitate investor referrals between Dubai and KSA.
- Represent the company at developer launch events, property exhibitions, and various industry forums.
- Ensure all operations comply with Saudi real estate regulations including REGA, Ejar, and Wafi platform requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the Saudi real estate market.
- Proven expertise handling off-plan properties, secondary market transactions, and leasing.
- Familiarity with local regulatory platforms such as REGA, Ejar, and Wafi.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages, written and verbal.
- Must be a Saudi national or hold a valid transferable Iqama.
- Established local network involving buyers and/or developer contacts.
- Self-motivated with natural leadership qualities and a strong closing skillset.
Additional Advantages

- Possession of a valid Fal real estate broker license.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Bitrix, PropSpace, or equivalents.

- Attractive fixed salary combined with an uncapped commission plan.
