Job Overview

This role involves handling the sale and letting of residential properties primarily based in Dubai. Agents are responsible for collecting property information, managing marketing materials, conducting valuations and viewings, negotiating with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords, and following up throughout transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather details about properties and coordinate creation of marketing materials
• Stay informed about residential property regulations in Dubai
• Conduct property valuations and organize viewings
• Negotiate deals from viewing through offer stage with prospective clients
• Monitor transaction progress with support teams specialized in sales progression and home moving
• Maintain regular communication with clients after each viewing
• Keep abreast of local property market trends
• Generate new business through company database and networking
• Coordinate with banks, mortgage experts, surveyors, sales progressors, and other agencies involved in transactions

Requirements

• Prior sales experience is a benefit but not mandatory
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
