Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the Contracts Manager by monitoring all contractual matters and ensuring efficient contract administration for various projects. This role involves preparing tender documents, handling progress claims, and managing subcontractors' documentation. The candidate will also perform cost analyses and budget estimations while collaborating with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Manager in tracking and resolving contractual issues related to the projects.
• Manage all aspects of contract administration and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare tender submissions, conduct post-tender measurements, and manage monthly progress payment claims.
• Compile and distribute necessary documentation for subcontractors involved in the projects.
• Perform cost analysis and estimate budgets for project works to ensure financial control.
• Communicate with suppliers to acquire price quotations and maintain cost efficiency.
• Evaluate tender pricing and prepare competitive tenders for building works.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying.
