Job Overview
The role involves supporting the purchasing process for materials needed in project tenders, assisting in the assessment and selection of qualified suppliers and subcontractors for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for measuring and verifying work progress to facilitate periodic payment requests from clients. Additionally, responsibilities include reviewing subcontractors' progress claims with respect to quantities and quality in coordination with project management, performing contract administrative tasks, and aiding in the resolution of final accounts involving clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. A minimum of three years' experience in a main contracting environment is required to perform effectively in this role.
