Quantitative Analyst

Role Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent global investment platform to recruit a Quantitative Analyst based in Singapore. This position is well-suited for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience eager to develop a career in quantitative trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist traders and portfolio managers in creating and refining systematic trading strategies.
• Perform data analysis and backtesting to assess trading signals and concepts.
• Help develop tools for trade execution, analytical evaluation, and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate closely with experienced quantitative analysts and software developers to improve research and trading systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative disciplines.
• Proficient in Python programming; familiarity with C++ is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of probability theory, statistics, and linear algebra.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for financial markets and quantitative trading.
• Good analytical problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in dynamic environments.
