Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Controller to join a reputable manufacturing facility located in Murarrie, Queensland. This role offers an excellent chance for a meticulous professional dedicated to quality assurance, supporting ongoing enhancements, and upholding rigorous production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough quality inspections and accurately document findings.
- Continuously monitor product compliance with established quality criteria.
- Detect and report any quality discrepancies or non-conformance issues.
- Assist in implementing corrective measures and support ongoing continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to sustain quality excellence.
- Contribute to audits, testing activities, and manage related documentation as required.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in quality control is essential.
- Proficient computer skills with confidence in utilizing quality management and reporting software.
- Formal engineering degrees are not essential.
- Possession of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or comparable certifications is highly valued.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Capability to perform effectively both independently and cooperatively within teams.
