Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager position at Peach Gorilla is a part-time, remote opportunity tasked with guaranteeing that the company's programs, services, and digital content consistently achieve defined quality benchmarks. This role involves overseeing the establishment and execution of QA procedures, evaluating workflows and documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards where relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits and monitor conformity with established guidelines.
- Identify issues, coordinate corrective measures, and collaborate with various teams to enhance process consistency and effectiveness.
- Develop precise QA reports, analyze quality trends, and propose improvements to support dependable and high-quality client interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven expertise in quality assurance and control including standards development, auditing, and corrective action management.
- Familiarity with process documentation, workflow assessment, and methodologies aligned with continuous enhancement such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Competence in using digital collaboration tools, issue tracking, and reporting platforms; experience with project management or ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitudes aimed at ensuring reliability and quality consistency.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, capable of effectively sharing findings and suggestions across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience or interest in health, wellness, coaching or related services, including nutrition, exercise, and mindset, is considered a beneficial asset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, part-time role and effectively manage competing priorities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, Operations, Health Sciences, or an equivalent field or experience is required.
