Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst at Diageo's brewery in Kildare, you will prioritize Occupational Health and Safety, acting as a proactive safety ambassador by consistently adhering to and enforcing safety protocols. You will be instrumental in producing safe, high-quality products by rigorously following Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. Your role includes delivering comprehensive analytical and microbiological support to both Production and support teams, serving as the quality representative within your team, and achieving excellence in Quality, Cost, and Customer Service standards. You will collaborate with a variety of technical colleagues to perform analyses and maintain a high-performance service across the brewery, while also taking charge of your own training and professional development.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Preferably holds an HND or BSc in Laboratory Technology or a similar qualification.
• Demonstrated practical expertise in chemical, microbiological analyses, or brewing quality control.
• Minimum of three years hands-on laboratory experience within an ISO 9001 certified environment.
• Experience working in teamwork settings under high-pressure production or quality assurance environments.
• The candidate should possess foundational quality knowledge considering broader business impacts related to beverage production activities.
