Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full management cycle of residential property portfolios, including tenant viewings, vetting, inspections, and lease renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle rent, arrears, and bond administration.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation while fostering strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Drive business growth by sourcing and engaging new landlords and investors through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Represent the company at industry events and establish referral partnerships.
• Lead client onboarding and collaborate internally to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven recent experience in New Zealand property management, with solid knowledge of the Auckland residential rental market.
• Comfortable executing sales activities including cold calling and networking.
• Excellent communication skills characterized by professionalism, clarity, and authenticity.
• Strong organizational ability with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM and property management software and technology.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver capable of working independently.
